ETHICS FOR PLANNERS AND PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD MEMBERS: BEYOND GIFTS AND FRUIT BASKETS We all know that accepting gifts is problematic; but what other ethical considerations should board members be concerned with besides the gift basket? In addition to covering the legal requirements associated with planning and zoning boards, this session will discuss more nuanced ethical issues.
