POSITION SUMMARY

The Regional Manager position is the client-facing leader of our organization. These individuals serve as the sales representatives for our product lines and work to capture the visions and goals of our clients. This position requires an astute ability to provide education, guidance, and problem-solving solutions. The best way to understand the role is that the Regional Manager is the steward of our projects from concept to completion. This position combines creativity with construction discernment while being conscientious of budget constraints. As the conductor of their individual projects, it is up to the Regional Manager to utilize the myriad of resources provided by Parkitects and our manufacturing partners while delivering a project that exceeds the expectations of our clients.


DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
• Develop a sales pipeline
• Follow the Parkitects process & procedures for sales leads, presale design, project support, order entry, project planning, and installation
• Work to become a resource in your community, knowledgeable on all the Parkitects products and offerings
• Develop relationships with design firms and provide continuing education opportunities
• Provide clear direction to supporting roles to ensure positive results are achieved
• Support and maintain a healthy, happy work environment and corporate culture


SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
• A strong background in design and experience working in the construction industry
• Sales experience outlining relational development comprehension
• Bachelor’s degree or Business diploma
• Valid Driver’s License and understanding that the role requires travel
• Become a Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI)
• Continuously improve both personally and professionally by being open to constructive feedback and to obtaining continuing education through training sessions from our manufacturing partners, conferences, and industry seminars
• Experience with construction management software, AutoCAD, and Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM) is preferred
